All Experiences are temporary!

When frustrating experiences arrive, it is easy to get so caught up in the emotions that you end up in a very negative space.

When in that space, it is easy to start feeling like everything in your life is “going down the toilet.”

This is a sign you are caught up in your emotions. Learn to step back and remind yourself that the experience is temporary.

Doing this does not mean you will instantly feel happy, but it does help you regain your perspective which is a first step in training the mind and body to live in a more peaceful and happy space.
